 General Information 

Once we have registered your order, you will receive an order confirmation. You will subsequently receive an invoice by email when the purchase has been completed and this is valid as a receipt. When sending your order, we will also send an email with a link to Track & Trace, so you can follow your shipment.

Should, contrary to expectations, there be discrepancies with the warehouse or errors in the price and we therefore cannot deliver, we will contact you. We reserve the right to cancel an order in the event of an error in order placement.

When ordering a larger item, you may be contacted with a view to a different freight payment than stated. If you have any questions about this, contact us at hello@kontinue.dk

Returned Goods 

From receipt of your item, you have 14 days to cancel your purchase. If you want to use our insured return labels, please send an email with the order number to hello@kontinue.dk, after which we will send you a label that you simply print and then deliver the package to your nearest GLS parcel shop. You must pay for the return shipping yourself, which is DKK 60. They are deducted from the amount refunded.

If you cancel a purchase, we ask you to return the package in the same condition as when you received it. It is important that the product's original packaging/box/tags and all packaging are intact. We reserve the right to reject a package if the item's packaging is damaged and cannot be resold.

Returned goods are checked, and if the above conditions are met, the money is returned to the card used for purchase.

If you choose to buy / arrange return shipping yourself, we will not compensate for returned packages that have been lost in the return shipment. We therefore always recommend an insured shipping method with tracking.

A note with the order number and a brief explanation of return or information about exchange for another item is enclosed in the package. Alternatively, you can print your invoice and add your notes on it.

If you refuse to receive your item upon delivery, we reserve the right to charge a fee for any costs that may occur during return shipping.

Exchange/Return
We pay the return shipping when you choose to exchange for a different item or size. Please make sure to clearly note what you want to exchange it for. Should this item no longer be available, we will contact you.

Should you wish to return your order and get the money back, you must pay for the return shipping yourself (DKK 60). We can only return money to the payment card that was used when purchasing the item. When returning your item, the original shipping amount will not be refunded.

Security :
All purchases through www.kontinue.dk take place via an encrypted SSL connection (Secure Socket Layer). We therefore have no access to your account information. Only Nets has access to your data. Your personal contact information is 100% confidential and will never be given to others.

Payment
We accept the following credit cards:  Dankort, VISA/Dankort, VISA/Electron, Eurocard, Mastercard and American Express. You can also use mobilepay at checkout.

The amount will be deducted from your account when the item is shipped. All prices are in DKK and include 25% VAT.

Complaints
All traded goods are covered by Danish purchase legislation, which provides a two-year complaint period.The right of complaint does not apply to goods that are defective due to wear and tear or damage caused by incorrect use, lack of maintenance or normal wear and tear. Shipping
For delivery in Denmark, we offer several ways in which you can have your package delivered, as well as you can choose to pick it up in the store in Horsens. All packages are sent by insured parcel post through GLS.

There is free shipping on orders over DKK 395.

Collection at our store in Horsens: At checkout at www.kontinue.dk you can choose whether you want to collect your purchase from our store in Horsens. When the purchase is ready for collection in our store, we will send an SMS to the phone number you have provided. Remember to bring your order confirmation and valid ID when collecting your order.
